1. Business and services
This website is operated by Limit Lift LLC, doing business as LimitLift. LimitLift provides financial coaching, education, and consulting services, including financing audits, interest-rate reduction coaching, credit optimization, debt restructuring strategy, and business and real-estate financing coaching. Scope, pricing, timing, and deliverables are established in separate client agreements. Website information does not guarantee specific results. Limit Lift LLC is not a credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law and does not guarantee credit score increases or the removal of accurate items.
2. Cancellation policy
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis and the client may cancel at any time with at least three (3) days' notice before the next scheduled recurring payment. See our Cancellation Policy for how to submit a cancellation.
3. Affiliate disclosure
We may occasionally display credit card offers for which we receive no commissions.
4. Content
The content on this site is not provided or commissioned by the company whose products appear (Limit Lift LLC). Any opinions, analyses, reviews or evaluations are solely those of the author and have not been reviewed or endorsed by the advertiser. This site may receive compensation through advertisers' affiliate programs.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed entirely by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you are not authorized to provide. Website content is owned by or licensed to LimitLift and protected by applicable law.
7. SMS program description
Program name: LimitLift Client Communications. After voluntary opt-in, LimitLift may send informational messages about your inquiry, requested consultation, appointment scheduling or reminders, and service-related follow-up. This opt-in does not include promotional marketing messages. Any promotional texting would require separate consent.
8. How to opt in
You may opt in by sending START LIMITLIFT to +1 551-389-4366, or through another clearly disclosed consent flow provided by LimitLift. Consent is specific to LimitLift and is not transferred to another brand.
9. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. LimitLift does not charge a separate SMS fee.
10. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, email operations@limitlif.com, or call +1 551-389-4366.
11. Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier, device, coverage, and factors outside LimitLift's control.
12. Privacy
Mobile information and consent records are handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
13. Limitation, changes, and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LimitLift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, communications delivery, or coaching and consulting outcomes.
